Fox had good news Monday for "Prison Break," which has just been sentenced to another season. On the flip side, net confirmed that "The Return of Jezebel James" wouldn't -- return, that is. New laffer suffered a second week of low marks, averaging a 1.1 rating and 4 share among adults 18-49.
With "Jezebel James" out of the picture, Fox has also pulled repeats of " 'Til Death" (which fared just as low) for now. Net will instead run "Bones" repeats on Fridays in the 8 p.m. hour.
"Prison Break," which had its third season cut short by the writers strike, will now be back for a fourth go-round. Fox has ordered 22 episodes from 20th Century Fox TV.

Fox's animated feature "Dr. Seuss' Horton Hears a Who!" hit all its marks during the weekend, when the animated family comedy featuring the voice of Jim Carrey opened with an estimated $45.1 million to top the domestic boxoffice and re-energize a recently slack marketplace.
Warner Bros.' prehistoric adventure "10,000 BC" dropped an acceptable 54% in its second weekend to take second place with $16.4 million and a $61.2 million cume. Summit Entertainment's mixed-martial arts film "Never Back Down" bowed about as expected with $8.6 million in third place.
The weekend was bolstered by high school and college students hitting spring break, but the session included at least one belly flop. The R-rated thriller "Doomsday," from Universal's Rogue genre unit, appears doomed for quick excursion to DVD after fetching just $4.7 million in a limp debut in seventh place.

"Family Guy's" Cleveland Brown might be getting his own show.
Fox and 20th Century Fox TV are developing a spinoff from its hit animated series centered on Peter Griffin's bathtub-accident-prone neighbor, sources said.
The project, tentatively titled "Cleveland," is being written by "Family Guy" creator Seth MacFarlane, Mike Henry -- who voices Cleveland and serves as writer-producer on the series -- and "The Simpsons" alum Rich Appel, executive producer/showrunner on MacFarlane's other animated comedy for Fox, "American Dad."
Cleveland, who plays off black stereotypes, is the most levelheaded among Griffin's trio of friends.

Those feverish for the follow-up to Danny Boyle's immensely successful revisionist horror film 28 Days Later will get their cake and eat it too on May 11th when Fox Atomic releases the anticipated, and aptly titled, 28 Weeks Later. This writer was granted "Atomic" clearance to view 28 minutes of the sequel's opening under the pretense that what was shown was still in its rough stages - which it was, clues being the "property of" visual burns and the wall-to-wall temp music, some taken from the soundtrack of its predecessor, to set the tone. In a town where no one even disses their caterer, newcomer Edward Speleers is already trash-talking his co-star in the new film, "Eragon."
"Basically, I got to work with an orange tennis ball that represented a dragon," says the 19-year-old Brit. "Sadly, there were a few days where I really had to use my imagination because in the end it was just an orange tennis ball."
"Eragon" is based on the best-selling fantasy books about a friendly dragon. A farm lad (Speleers) finds a dragon egg and suddenly he's on an epic journey to save his home from an evil king. Speleers hasn't seen his own home for the last month.
"I feel like a rock star because I've been talking about the film in a lot of cities," he says. "The only thing is I don't get to sleep until noon. So, I'm like a rock star without the perks or the guitar.”
